JACKSON BREWERY The Jackson Brewery holds a special place in San Francisco commercial and architectural history. Founded in the 1850's, the brewery began operations in these new quarters in 1912. This remarkable building was designed by James T. Ludlow in the Romanesque Revival style popular at the turn of the century. Prohibition closed the brewery and it was never again used for its original purpose. Now it will share once again its rich tradition and grace with a few fortunate owners as their living and work space. The centerpiece tower building has been completely renovated (including a full seismic upgrade) into seven stunning live/work condominiums. Designed by the award-wining architectural firm Siegel & Strain, each unit takes advantage of expansive city views and the unique interior spaces of the original brewery. The units have hardwood floors, maple cabinetry, and high quality finishes throughout. |

SECOND STREET 650 Second Street is a historic reinforced concrete structure originally built in 1923 as a B.F. Goodrich tire warehouse. After prohibition, it was purchased by Seagrams Distillers and was used as their distribution warehouse and corporate office. In 1959 the building was purchased by George Lithograph Company and became their corporate headquarters and printing plant, remaining so until they relocated their offices in 1995. The original Art Deco style lobby was carefully restored as were the large industrial windows and mushroom-capped concrete pillars. Ideally located in SOMA, 650 Second Street Lofts are just a short walk to MUNI and South Beach, and only one block from South Park. 650 Second Street Lofts are reminiscent of New York loft living. Lofts are located on five floors, five lofts per floor, with parking and lobby area on the first floor and a common roof deck with city views. |

| HILLS
PLAZA The classical design of Mills Plaza was inspired by the Romanesque architecture of the original Hills Brothers Coffee building. Designed by renowned San Francisco architect George Kellum, the carefully preserved, stately old building is a visual landmark for San Franciscans of all ages. The Romanesque architecture of the original Hills Bros. Coffee Building was the inspiration for Mils Plaza. Sienna-colored brick and rounded windows and arches combine with the teal-green borders of the windows to form a facade that is truly memorable. Secure underground spaces with card-key access for condominium owners, with guest parking available. A concierge will be on duty 24 hours in the residential lobby for security and to greet your guests. Residents will gain entry with a security card key that opens the front door and operates the elevators. All critical life-safety systems will be electronically monitored from a central control station. The project consists of 67 luxury condominiums located on Floors 8 through 18 of the One Hills Plaza Residential Tower, many with large private terraces or balconies, all with Bay or City views, and all featuring the finest appointments found only in custom homes. Beautiful, private residential lobby. |

| SOUTH
PARK LOFTS South Park was created in 1854 by Englishman, George Gordon in an attempt to recreate a London residential block. For several years it was a very stylish address, inhabited by many transplanted Southerners. South Park runs parallel to, and takes its name from, the park located south of the prevailing center of town. The South Park lofts have a stucco exterior reminiscent of the South West, although the developer has dubbed them Contemporary Mediterranean. This is a ground up (built from the ground up) project in the heart of the South Park. The architect for the project was Ramon Zambrano. The lofts feature 16 foot ceilings, park, courtyard and City Views, deeded parking and storage for each unit. There has not been a resale in this building since they were first built in March of 1993 when the priced ranged from $250,000 to $325,000 with square footage running from 930 square feet to 1195 square feet. |

| POTRERO
SQUARE The original structure was built in 1906 by T.A. Roberts, as a liquor and wine warehouse and bottling plant. Later known as the Kessler Building, it was used for many years as an import warehouse. Lush landscaping in the entry courts and the main courtyard is accented by ornate fountains and custom lighting to create a feeling of peace and tranquillity. This complex is especially suited for those interested in loft lifestyle and condominium amenities. Each unit comes with deeded parking. The lofts range in size from 661 square feet to approximately 1,900 square feet. Per square foot this has been and still is one of the best buys per square foot in historic loft buildings. The building consists of a total of 58 units. |
