Thank you for the return emails from many of you as a result of our recent analysis.  As a follow up we wanted to provide you with some of the most recent sales data in Marin County from Q4 of 2008. To view the information, just click on the link below.

The numbers are reflective of the larger trends we were discussing in the last Marin Insight newsletter.  In fact we are providing you with an alternate perspective on that data as seen below in the composite graph below which overlays average sale prices with unit volume performance. The red columns are recession years.
