I have been a consistent top producer with Pacific Union/Christie's Great Estates since 1993. I have earned 'Top Agent' recognition as one of the leading 100 producing agents here in Marin County.

Quite simply I love what I do: helping my clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it's searching for, and successfully purchasing, the perfect home; or creatively marketing and successfully attaining the most value from the sale of their home. My specialty is the purchase and sale of luxury residential single-family-homes, and I work with my team to ensure clients receive the best possible service and results.

I began my real estate career over 20 years ago in San Francisco and quickly established myself as a top agent. My family moved to Marin in 2000 and shortly thereafter I focused my career in Southern Marin, which has enabled me to provide the best possible service for my local clients and network. I work diligently to maintain my San Francisco connections and relationships, which allows me to provide effective exposure for my listings.  I have a solid and well respected reputation with both San Francisco and Marin realtors, which in turn enhances my ability to meet clients' needs.

As for my personal history, I grew up in England and became a world traveller after completing College. My appreciation of diversity, and all that is new, brought me to the Bay Area in 1991. After living in San Francisco for 10 years I now live in Mill Valley with my husband and 3 beautiful children. I have an in-depth understanding of the communities and schools throughout Marin and San Francisco. This knowledge is pivotal in matching buyers with sellers in our competitive real estate market.

Today my husband and I actively support the Mill Valley public school system as well as Kiddo!, which is our local public school educational supplement program. We are huge advocates and deeply understand the value that the public school system adds to our communities. We participate in the PTA,  fundraising events and rolling up our sleeves whenever we can.  Previously I spent two years on the Tamalpais Preschool Board of Trustees. We feel truly blessed to live and work in such a wonderful community, surrounded by family and friends.

Sellers -- When representing sellers I offer a creative approach to preparing your home for sale and correctly positioning it on the market to achieve the best possible results. Part of my creative approach for garnering the highest possible return includes determining the potential buyer profile, and then translating that into the best way to market the property. I provide direction on small, cosmetic changes or cost-effective larger construction changes, as well as staging for the home and garden to enhance its best features. I believe in well thought-out, high-end targeted marketing using the best possible materials in print and on-line, supplemented with editorial reviews and other creative exposure. This strategy has given me a solid track record for selling homes quickly, and often for over their asking price.

Buyers -- I listen carefully to your needs and search far and wide for the perfect home for you - 'digging under rocks' and calling my associates, frequently putting together off-market transactions. My hand-picked team of construction and design specialists is ready to provide advice and implement ideas should the need arise; and I specialize in negotiating the best possible price and contract terms for you, tirelessly working to bring your purchase transaction to a seamless close.
